PM class explores with water depths
There is a large hole in the woods that has been attracting a lot of attention lately. This afternoon William James and Jethro worked to fill it up with water from the creek.

Each trip to the creek involved careful negotiating and balance to climb out with a full container of water.

Then William dumped the water into the puddle. All three boys did this but William seemed especially taken by the task- doing it many times. Soon it was time to test the puddle- could anyone stand in it without getting mud in their boots?

Jethro could, but barely! But soon William came to show why his boots are different!
